Position: SAP BASIS, FICO & ABAP Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Consultant with expertise in BASIS, FICO, and ABAP to join our dynamic team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in SAP consulting and a strong track record of implementing and managing SAP solutions. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively collaborate with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality SAP services.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
SAP BASIS: Manage and administer SAP environments, including system installations, configurations, and upgrades. Ensure optimal performance, security, and stability of SAP systems.
SAP FICO: Configure and support SAP Finance (FICO) modules, including financial accounting and controlling. Provide expertise in integrating FICO with other SAP modules and external systems.
SAP ABAP:
– Develop, test, and deploy custom ABAP programs, reports, and interfaces. Troubleshoot and resolve ABAP-related issues to support business processes.
– Collaborate with business users and other consultants to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement SAP functionalities.
– Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP systems, addressing issues and performing enhancements as needed.
– Stay current with SAP developments and best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS:
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Applications (BCA/MCA) or Engineering (B.Tech).
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP consulting with a focus on BASIS, FICO, and ABAP modules.
– Proven experience in managing SAP environments and delivering SAP solutions.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
– SAP certification in BASIS, FICO, or ABAP is a plus.
